אוּכְלָא I ch. 1) same. Targ. Ps. LXXVIII, 18 (Ms. מֵיכְלָא).—Yoma 80ᵇ כל אכשורי א׳ א׳ הוא whatever is used for seasoning food, is considered as food. —2) the digested food found in the entrails, excrements, cmp. רעי.—Targ. Lev. I, 16; a. e. —3) an eye-disease, itching (cmp. חוּרְשָׁא). Ab. Zar. 28ᵇ תחלת א׳ the incipiency of &c., סוף א׳ last stage (near recovery).
