II, 17 ה׳ על לב hesped means beating on the heart. Y. Ber. III, 6ᵇ top [read:] הסופד וכל העסוקין בה׳ (v. Tosef. ib. II, 11 ed. Zuck., Var.) the leader of the lamentation and all those engaged in it.
