Rashb. סִבַּת, סִיבַּת) the transfer which would be caused by the husband’s succeding to his wife’s property. Ib. 112ᵃ ה׳ הבן Ms. R. (ed. סיבת, סבת) the eventual transfer through the son’s succession.
