הַצָּעָה f. (יָצַע) making a couch, laying out of mattresses, carpets &c. Keth. 4ᵇ, a. e. הַצָּעַת המטה making the bed (for her husband). Yoma 69ᵃ בה׳ שרי for spreading under (to sit or lie on), garments of mixed materials (כלאים) are permitted.—V. מַצָּע.—Trnsf. arrangement, structure, construction.
