Bath. 55ᵃ הנהו ז׳ דזבין ארעא … זבינהו זביני (Ms. O. דזביני ארעייהו, Var. זהורי, זיארי, זיאהררי, v. Rabb. D. S. a l. note) as to those landlords, whoever sells land to them for the taxes, the sale is valid. [Ar.: ‘land-tax collectors—whosoever buys from them’ &c.]
