סוֹךְ, (שׂוֹךְ) m. (b. h. שוך; סוך = סבך) bough, bush. B. Kam. X, 2 (114ᵃ) לא יקוץ את סוֹכוֹ וכ׳ (some ed. שׂ׳; Y. ed. הסוֹכָה; v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note 100) he must not cut off the bough of his neighbor’s tree &c. Y. Keth.
