I, 31ᵃ … איתי) a loan on thirty days does not exist, i.e. does not come within the rule whereby a creditor may secure collection by announcing legal action before the Sabbath year limitation takes effect.—*Pes. 50ᵃ כי היכי דאיתו אנן אִיתִינָן וכ׳ (read דאיתי or דאיתינן; Ms. M. אתינן; diff. vers. v. Rabb. D. S. a. l.) as we are esteemed here (in this world) so are we there (in the world of the beatified).
