יוֹרֶה II, יוֹרָה f. (denom. of אוּר, cmp. Syr. אירא P. Sm. 167) boiler, kettle. Ḥull. 108ᵃ י׳ של חלב a kettle of milk. Ib. 108ᵇ י׳ רותחת a boiling kettle. Ab. Zar. 76ᵃ י׳ קטנה בתוך י׳ גדולה put a small boiler into a large one filled with water, v. גָּעַל; a. fr.—Esp. the dyer’s kettle, dye. B.
