Lag. בלַחְוָתָא; oth.ed. לְחוֹאָתָא, לוֹחֲאָ׳, לחיאתא, omitting the suffix) lengthening (loosening) their bridles (h. text לחיהם). —2) stake as a Sabbath mark, leḥi, v. preced. Erub. 15ᵃ נפל ל׳ the leḥi had fallen over.—V. לְחָיָיתָא.
