מַיִם m. pl. (b. h.; cmp. מָהָה) water, fluid; secretion; solution. Constr. מֵי; pl. מֵימוֹת, constr. מֵימֵי. Snh. 108ᵃ גלגל העין שדומה למ׳ the eye-ball which (in restlessness) resembles water, v. גַּלְגַּל. Par. VIII, 9 המ׳ המוכים וכ׳ smitten waters (springs or lakes formed through a catastrophe, v.
