נְכָסִים m. pl. (b. h.; כָּסַס or נָכַס) [counted things,] account; property, business. Ber. 46ᵃ ויצלח מאד בכל נְכָסָיו ויהיו נכסיו ונְכָסֵינוּ וכ׳ may he have great success in all his accounts (enterprises), and may his business and ours be successful and near a city. Ab. Zar. 19ᵇ, v. צָלַח. B. Bath. IX, 7, a. fr. נ׳ שיש להן אחריות, v. אַחֲרָיוּת. Ib. המחלק נכסיו וכ׳ if a person disposes of his belongings by word of mouth. Yeb.
