סָר m. (b. h. סַר, sub רוּחַ; סוּר) one whom courage has left, low-spirited (v. I Kings XXI, 5). Ex. R. s. 2 (ref. to סָר, Ex. III, 4) סד וזעף הוא זה וכ׳ low-spirited and indignant is this man, seeing the trouble &c.
