So David waxed greater and greater: for the Lord of hosts was with him.
So Dauid waxed greater and greater: for the Lord of hostes was with him.
And David goes, going on and becoming great, and YHWH of Hosts [is] with him.
וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ דָּוִ֖יד הָל֣וֹךְ וְגָד֑וֹל וַיהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת עִמּֽוֹ׃ פ
καὶ ἐπορεύετο Δαυιδ πορευόμενος καὶ μεγαλυνόμενος καὶ κύριος παντοκράτωρ μετ᾿ αὐτοῦ
Thus did David wax greater and yet greater,—and, Yahweh of Hosts, was with him.
And David continued to increase, and the Lord Almighty was with him.
David grew greater and greater, for Yahweh of Armies was with him.
And David goeth, going on and becoming great, and Jehovah of Hosts is with him.
Now these are they that came to David to Ziklag, while he yet kept himself close because of Saul the son of Kish; and they were among the mighty men, his helpers in war.
And these are they that came to Sikelag, when he yet kept himself close because of Saul the son of Kis; and these were among the mighty, aiding him in war,

וְאֵ֗לֶּה הַבָּאִ֤ים אֶל־דָּוִיד֙ לְצִ֣יקְלַ֔ג ע֣וֹד עָצ֔וּר מִפְּנֵ֖י שָׁא֣וּל בֶּן־קִ֑ישׁ וְהֵ֨מָּה֙ בַּגִּבּוֹרִ֔ים עֹזְרֵ֖י הַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃
καὶ οὗτοι οἱ ἐλθόντες πρὸς Δαυιδ εἰς Σωκλαγ ἔτι συνεχομένου ἀπὸ προσώπου Σαουλ υἱοῦ Κις καὶ οὗτοι ἐν τοῖς δυνατοῖς βοηθοῦντες ἐν πολέμῳ
Now these, are they who came unto David, to Ziklag, he yet being shut up, because of Saul son of Kish,—and, they, were among the heroes, helpers in the war;
And these are they that came to Ziklag, when he yet kept himself close because of Saul the son of Kish; and these were among the mighty, aiding him in war,
