Recover CEO access

If you forget your CEO password, lose your authenticator app, or your account is locked, enter the setup code from the website’s settings and choose a new password. This unlocks the account, signs it out everywhere and removes the old authenticator. You will set up your authenticator app again when you sign in.

If you only forgot your password and still have your authenticator app or recovery codes, reset your password by email instead.
